Online Stamp Maker: How to Create a Professional Company Stamp

A good stamp does two jobs: it looks official, and it proves something. With an online stamp maker you can design a clean, professional seal in a few minutes — no software, no design skills, no trip to a print shop. Here is how to do it well, and how a digital stamp can be far more than a picture.

Pick a shape and a template

Start from a template — a round company seal, an oval professional stamp, a rectangular address or approval block, or a shield, hexagon or triangle for something distinctive. A standard round rubber seal is about 38mm; rectangular stamps auto-fit the number of lines you add.

Templates exist for almost every use: corporate and common seals, notary and commissioner stamps, bank and finance seals, medical and doctor stamps, government and education seals, approval marks like PAID, RECEIVED and APPROVED, and personal address or date stamps.

Add your ring text and centre lines

Curved text around the outer ring carries your company, office or seal name — top and bottom. The centre holds your main lines: a name, a date, a registration or serial number. Use placeholders like the date and serial tokens so they fill in automatically when the stamp is applied.

Each element can be restyled independently — font, weight, italics, underline, colour — and moved, scaled or rotated. Pick an ink colour from the classic rubber-stamp palette, or set any custom colour.

Drop in a logo, emblem or shape

Upload your own logo (PNG or SVG) or choose a built-in emblem — bank, government building, globe, shield, gear, anchor, crown, award, scales of justice, caduceus and more. Add stars, lines or geometric shapes as accents, and position each one exactly.

An optional aging slider adds a distressed, pressed-ink finish so the stamp reads like real ink on paper rather than a flat graphic.

Download — or make it verifiable

Export a high-resolution PNG (transparent for overlaying on documents, or on a white background), an SVG vector for print, or a PDF. Most stamp makers stop here.

A verifiable stamp goes further: save it to your library and each time you apply it to a document it can carry a locked serial number and a QR code anyone can scan to confirm it is genuine, see which document it belongs to, and check whether it has been revoked. A photographed rubber stamp can never offer that.

Apply it to a real document

Once saved, your stamp is available wherever you sign: upload a PDF, place the stamp and your signature, and download or send the sealed file. Inside a multi-party envelope you can build a stamp and apply it as part of the signing flow.
