1. Principal & Disbursement
Lender agrees to loan [principal amount] to Borrower, disbursed on [disbursement date] via [disbursement method].
2. Interest
The loan accrues simple interest at [interest rate] per annum.
3. Repayment
Borrower will repay the loan in [repayment instalments] instalments of [instalment amount] each, due on the [due day] of each [instalment period], starting [first payment date] and ending [final payment date].
4. Prepayment
Borrower may prepay the loan in whole or part at any time without penalty.
5. Default
If Borrower fails to make a scheduled payment within [grace days] days of its due date, the entire outstanding balance becomes immediately due. Lender may also charge a late fee of [late fee] per missed payment.
