This Independent Contractor Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on [date] between [company] ("Company") and [contractor] ("Contractor").
1. Engagement & Independent Status
Company engages Contractor as an independent contractor, NOT as an employee, partner, agent, or joint venturer. Contractor controls the manner and means of performance.
2. Services
Contractor will perform: [scope of work]. Deliverables and milestones are described in Exhibit A.
3. Compensation

4. Taxes & Benefits
